I bought an apple watch from a friend we erased the watch and Unpaired it from her phone when i try to pair it with my phone it asks for my apple ID but when i enter it it says its not the correct apple ID is for the watch

Are you sure it is not asking for her Apple ID? Check these tasks to do before buying a Watch from a private party. What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Apple Watch, or buy one from someone else - Apple Support She may have to check her steps.
