Lost iphone

I bought my iPhone from freedom on contract but I lost my iPhone and only paying instalments

Hi Manvi,

Yes, I understand how you feel. You have lost your iPhone and still paying for it without anything to show for it. Yes it is a sad thing. One thing that I would like to share is that it is neither Apple's fault nor Freedom's fault. At times, life deals you a bad hand. What we do with that bad hand is what makes us. You need to do the right thing despite the bad event. You are doing the right thing and that is owning up to your responsibility to pay for that iPhone to Freedom. It will be over soon and I wish you all the best, Manvi, and remind you to be careful with your next phone for which you will have spent your hard earned money.

I bought iPhone 11 Pro Max from freedom on contract basis in last November 2019 and my phone got lost at airport I tried everything to get my phone back but nothing happened and now it’s been many months am only paying instalments for nothing it’s really sad and bad for me to only pay instalments for nothing I wanted to claim a new iPhone or I don’t want to pay the instalments anymore because it’s really hard and painful to pay for nothing in return
