Help transfering data
I had to upgrade a phone and start a new apple id...
was locked out of old phone. I was able to restore old phone, how do I transfer all data from old phone to new phone ?

Transfer content from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. You cannot transfer items obtained from the App Store because those are tied to the old Apple ID you used to obtain them.
