So, Go About Contacting Apple Support:
Note: Calls are a wait at the moment. But, that makes sense, because, (due to the Coronavirus Pandemic) many are at home at the moment, either working out-of-the-house, or are out of school using their devices. This means that they have more time available to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line. Someone will be right with you.

When I connect my AirPods, it shows that my left airpod has 100% battery but it doesn’t connect. When I try to find my AirPods using sound, the audio doesn’t work for the left one. I’ve tried cleaning it but nothing.
Head to Settings>Accessibility>Audio/Visual and check that the Balance slider is positioned in the middle.
Already tried it and still no audio comes out.
