a bluetooth serial failure has occurred

I am receiving this pop ups. suddenly my MacBook reboots itself.

My MacBook Pro keeps dropping bluetooth for a few seconds every few hours every few hours and every day, my MB Pro stops bluetooth for a few seconds, like 5-15 seconds and then comes back. My keyboard, mouse, headset, anything that is connected just stops working for that time then comes back ... very disturbing when you are on a video call with people. I think this is a bug, from what I see ... upgrading and restarting Mac OS did not help. Anyone else had this issue and a solution to this?

A Bluetooth devices keeps connecting to my MacBook Air My apple MacBook Air keeps connecting to a unknown Bluetooth device named random numbers and letters. Is this something that I should be worried about? It also disconnects my mouse whenever it connects, and it also doesn’t have a options menu for it.

Learn what to do if your computer restarts or shuts down unexpectedly, or you get a message that your computer restarted or shut down because of a problem.
