Iphone xr green glitch

In the pic, the issue doesn’t seem to go to the top of the screen. Does this issue only appear in the video you’re watching? If so, the issue may not be with your iPhone and you may want to see if it happens with any other videos.

If this is just a screenshot of the issue that occurred, did it stop after watching the video or leaving the Messenger app? Has the issue occurred more than once and in any other apps?

If this only happened while in the app, these steps may help:

• Force close the apps - How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

• Restart your iPhone

• Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If it’s occurred outside the app and is happening unexpectedly on your iPhone more than once, back up your iPhone and restore it to factory settings:

• How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

• Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords as well.

If the issue doesn’t return in factory state, restore your backup and test again:

• Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup

Thanks for that info. If this issue is only happening in the Messenger or Facebook app, delete the apps in question, restart your iPhone, and reinstall them. See if the issue continues with different videos from this app. If the issue continues after this, contact the app developer for further support. You can read more about this here:

Hi! The same thing happened to me!! May I know if this issue have been solved? I only got my iphone 11 last week, only had it for 6 days. Your reply will be greatly appreciated
