I have a MacBoom Pro that I am trying to remove iTunes from. I try to drag it into the trash and the computer won't let me. I've tried the "Terminal" approach and that didn't work. I've downloaded CleanMyMac X and iTunes doesn't even show up in the list of Applications that it's found on my computer so I can't even use that to uninstall it.
Any ideas? I've Googled the heck out of this and have found no solution.

Catalina uses Music, TV, Podcasts and Finder instead of iTunes for media management. You might still have a copy of iTunes somewhere on the computer if you have a multi-boot setup, but if you're only running Catalina then is should have been removed as part of the upgrade process. What is the underlying problem that you're trying to resolve?

Given you have Catalina it shouldn't be the iTunes application that is the issue. Perhaps you have a large amount of media downloaded to the computer. For purchased content in the Music and TV apps you can select, right-click, and Remove Download to free up space. For other content backup first to an external drive before deleting what you don't need to keep readily available.

See iTunes for Mac installers - Apple Community. There are instructions for removing iTunes prior to Mojave if required. For Mojave your best option to repair iTunes is to reinstall the OS.
I would avoid CleanMyMac and similar products.

What version of macOS are you running?
I don't believe it's possible, it's one of the core apps which can't be removed.
