Missing and misnumbered shows on Apple TV

For “The Office” there are some missing episodes or they are misnumbered. I have contacted Apple and they said to contact Netflix. I contacted Netflix and they said to contact Apple. I’m confused.

You may have been confusing the support staff too, by mentioning both the Apple TV app and Netflix. The video explains it a bit better, that one is The Office from unknown source (possibly iTunes Store), and the other is The Office from Netflix, and that you are comparing behavior.

Netflix content doesn’t appear in the Apple TV app, so that might be a reason that Apple and Netflix are pointing at each other.

The episode numbering is a bit messed up, and I see two doubles. And some 2007 episodes (104, 105, 106) are marked Mar 23, 2005, a day before the series premiered?!?

Is The Office as you have access to, an iTunes Store purchase, or is it (available) from a different Apple TV app Channel (too)?

If you purchased The Office from the iTunes Store, I think you should contact iTunes Support to have them relay to NBC, or whoever is the supplying company responsible for the episode numbering scheme, to fix this issue. Netflix should not be mentioned to avoid confusion.
