GPS inaccuracy

When I use Strava on my phone the route shown isn’t where I actually ran, it looks like I’m on speed. Ive also stopped using maps on my phone as it always sends me somewhere else? I’ve tried turning location off and resetting my phone and tried deleting Strava. But it’s not working, can anyone help?x
