Here's ➔ Hangouts on the Apple Store. When you click on that link that does it direct you to the App Store to download Google Hangouts?

I did but my screen just went blank and i waited but nothing is coming up

Question - Are you able to even open the App Store app on your iPhone? Is your iPhone restricted by Screen Time?

Yeah the app store opens and I download other apps with no prob except for some certain once like hangouts
