I have Mac OS Catalina 1.15.1 but I want Mac OS Catalina 1.15.2 but it says my Mac is up to date please help

If you are already using macOS Catalina 10.15.1, I'm not sure of why you don't want to update to the latest release of Catalina, which is 10.15.4. Disregarding the reason as to why your Mac says it is "up to date," I would advise trying to use a Combo Update. Here are the links to to the 10.15.2/10.15.4 Combo Updates:
