FaceTime and front camera issue since 13.4.1

Hello,

Since I have updated to iOS 13.4.1 on my iPhone 7 Plus, my front camera isn’t working properly.

In apps that use camera (Instagram, Snapchat currently) when switching to front camera it freezes and Snapchat even crash.

Facetime doesn’t work too, when trying to connect with people it says « Stopping FaceTime... ».

However in the stock camera app, the front camera is working correctly
