iOS SharePoint App won't load sites

Hi Everyone,

We have a SharePoint server setup in our infrastructure, we can download the app onto a device and enter the SharePoint url and login with a username and password without issues. Once the authentication occurs the app will open up but won't load any of the sites the user can access. I have tried multiple devices and multiple different networks and still had no luck, I am not sure what could be causing the sites not too load considering I can browse to the SharePoint site through safari without issues
