My screen jumps around opening apps unexpectedly
After installing os 13 update, the screen is unresponsive and jumps to open apps even when I set it down.

Which iPhone are you using?
iPhone X's are known to have this issue and you may be eligible to get a replacement screen if this is not a software problem.
