Unable to make purchases

I am trying make purchases on my iPhone but it says unable to complete this transaction at this time. Try again later or contact Apple support. Help fix this issue ASAP thanks

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. It looks like you may be having issues making an in-app purchase. I’ll be happy to help with this.


If you haven’t already, force close the app and restart your iPhone:

Restart your iPhone


Try making the in-app purchase once again. If you still have issues, try making the in-app purchase over a different network, like Wi-Fi.


If you still have issues, ensure your iPhone and the app itself are up to date:


Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Update apps or use automatic downloads
