iPad port not working

Hello my iPad port is not allowing charging, the port is clean and the Apple cords are working on other devices.

How do I fix this problem?

Apple telephone customer support is very busy in these tough times.

That person taking messages maybe someone that is just taking customer messages to put into a call queue.

The same sort of thing they do at the actual Apple Stores.


I suggest contacting/reaching out to Apple Product support and services, again, about your Apple iPad charging issues.

You may get an Apple first tier telephone support employees right off or you may have to give that Apple employee taking messages whatever info they need to get back to you.

Hi. I ordered a new charger and cable it didn’t work. So I sent it back


I‘m out of luck. The first time I called in they were going to offer help and email me my results but they never came through.


ive not called back as this lock down has taken charge and now when I call I get some random person taking messages that can’t help
