USA gift card in Uk

I live in the UK. I was given a USA itunes gift card by a relitive but could not claim it on my UK account. I decided to make an american account to claim the gift card, which worked, but now I can not spend any of the money on it as I keep getting an error. I had to use a random USA address and phone number generator to make the US account. Is there a way I can spend the money with out the error appearing. The error I get is “your purchase could not be completed” then straight after “your purchase has failed”.

I also cannot change my store store location as to change it, the money balance must be at 0.

Is is there a way I can spend the $25 at all? If I was to get a relative from the USA to log into my account then buy the things I want, would that work?

No this won’t work. Gift cards must be redeemed in the country they were issued in

Card or code is from a different country or region

App Store & iTunes Gift Cards and Apple Music Gift Cards are specific to your country or region. If you're trying to redeem an App Store & iTunes Gift Card or Apple Music Gift Card that was purchased in a different country or region, make sure that you're redeeming it in the iTunes Store for the same country or region. You can't redeem cards outside of the country or region of purchase. For example, an App Store & iTunes Gift Card purchased in France can't be redeemed in an iTunes Store in the U.S.

When redeeming Apple Music Gift Cards, make sure to redeem the cards in the iTunes Store for the same country or region. You can't change your country or region while you have an active membership.
