Boot camp installation failed

Using Boot Camp Assistant Version 6.1.0 (6170.100.24) in Mac OS Catalina 10.15.4. After the bootcamp assistant partitions the hard drive and downloads the windows support files I get a message stating "Boot Camp installation failed. An error occurred while finalizing the installation". The assistant then deletes the partitions it created and my system is back to baseline.

I did some searching on other forums and it seems the error lies in the fact that one of the partitions created called OSXRESERVED is formatted in FAT 32 and the largest file that FAT 32 supports is 4 GB, but one of the Windows 10 installer files is larger than 4 GB. However, I also read that the latest versions of Bootcamp Assistant should not have this problem because it creates and formats the OSXRESERVED volume as Ex-Fat. So is there a later version of Bootcamp Assistant I can dowload from somewhere? Or, can I create the OSXRESERVED and BOOTCAMP partitions manually using Disk Utility?

Update: Turns out I had downloaded a corrupt iso file of Windows 10 from Microsoft. Re-downloaded the Windows 10 iso and bootcamp installed properly.
