I can't reply to some text messages and I can't go on Facebook messenger calls unless I'm on wifi. Why is this happening? I never had this problem on my iPhone 11 before. I'm very annoyed.

everything else is working fine, even I open personal hotspot with another iPhone and the Messenger calls are working fine, that means I have an issue with the iPhone software not with the carrier or with the app
Did this start right after you updated your iOS? Or did something else change?

Is LTE working OK for everything else e.g. browsing / email / other IM? If unsure you might also want to check the Network Settings are correct for your chosen carrier.
