Pages crashes when opening a new document

My Pages 10.0 program crashes immediately when I try to open a new document. It opens old documents normally but does not allow creating any new documents.

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.14

Ok. I figured it out myself. Threw it away and downloaded it again from App Store.
