Unwanted device on my iCloud account

This Mac device is in my iCloud account. I have tried to delete it as I did not approve it using my account. I contacted Apple spoke to Lenore a tech supervisor that said they can’t be in my account unless they are listed in settings under my devices with my iPhone. Well here you have it they are in my ICloud and they do use it. Please help me delete this device.

Darla, just other users here, but have you tried this?

Remove a device from Find My iPhone on iCloud.com

If you are no longer using an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, Apple Watch or AirPods, you can remove them in Find My iPhone on iCloud.com. When you remove a device, it is removed from your Devices list and Activation Lock is turned off.

To sign in to Find My iPhone, go to icloud.com/find.

Remove a device

  • Remove an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch: on the device, do one of the following:
    • iOS 13, iPadOS 13 or later: go to Settings > [your name] > Find My, then turn off Find My [device]. Enter your Apple ID password, then tap Turn Off.
    • iOS 12 or earlier: go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, then turn off Find My [device]. Enter your Apple ID password, then tap Turn Off.
  • Remove a Mac: on the Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Preferences, then do one of the following:
    • macOS Catalina 10.15 or later: click Apple ID, click iCloud, then deselect Find My Mac. Enter your Apple ID password, then click Continue.
    • macOS 10.14 or earlier: click iCloud, then deselect Find My Mac. Enter your Apple ID password, then click Continue.
  • Remove an Apple Watch or AirPods: turn off Apple Watch or put AirPods in their case. Then, in Find My iPhone on iCloud.com, click All Devices, select offline device and click Remove from Account.
  • To prevent an Apple Watch or AirPods from reappearing, unpair them in Bluetooth Settings on all your devices.

Note: You can also remove your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or Mac by turning off iCloud completely on that device. Turning off iCloud turns off all iCloud features on the device.

Remove a device you gave away or sold

If you no longer have an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac or Apple Watch, you need to remotely erase it before you can remove it from your account.

No, unfortunately I had already tried everything posted thus far. It is as if this persons phone has a copy of my phone. Now I’m not getting important emails in my .icloud account. Password resets that are sent immediately never arrive. Investing this on my own has shown a parent uui account (I am a child on it) I am well over the age of 18. It shows a Linux build of some sort. It amazes me my analictics that get sent to Apple seem to not all go. Some days are removed and put into the cloud. Until the day I asked for help I never looked into my cloud I didn’t use it. Sites I have never heard of. Somehow no matter what, no matter if I spent the whole day searching on one page gor the most part it will show 0 usage! This actually shows some again it’s not anything I even know about. Here’s an example whomever has compromised my iPhone and iPad gets on these sites quite often. I’m not tech savvy at all they must be!
