All of a sudden I am being blocked from seeing websites . I am being asked to give an administrator name and password .I never set up a parental control function .I don't have any children to control.

I am being asked to give an administrator name and password .I never set up a parental control function .I don't have any children to control. I would like to know how to get rid of this as I have went into the Privacy and nothing is working?????
IIt is asking for an administrator and password . I don't have one . I never set this up in the first place .
