Fortnite mobile on iPhone XR

So recently I have had a problem with getting access to fortnite mobile on my iPhone. I have re-downloaded the app a few times but the problem has continued. I contacted epic support but they said I should contact apple support. If anyone can help please let me know, much appreciated.
