refund my unsubscribe app payment

Hi I already canceled the kidslox last year, but i just checked my emailed and see I unsubscribe successfully but still you guys charged me for $3.99 every single month by mistake. Can you please check my account and refund all my money for the time I unsubscribe the app so far and cancel for future.
