Microwave and IPhone

please tell me if I put the iPhone on a working microwave, can something happen or is it still safe? I just put down the phone and my boyfriend turned on the microwave and didn’t remove my iPhone.

what happens if the phone was microwaved for a split second? An I phone of mine had been put in the microwave for a by a younger family member and the phone seems to be on by now I can’t move my screen in any way. Can it be fixed?
