FCPX Plug in License

Hello, I have created another user on my mac just because the old user profile had so much stuff on it and was really slow. When I use FCPX on the new user on the same computer all of my license are not in use and just says they are all demos. How do I get all these license on the the new user that still work perfect on the other user?
