Apple Wholesale? iPhone Pre-order?

Currently in Malaysia, iPhones Pre-order is a hot topic and many sellers are selling it as low as 100$. Many people accuse it as scams and the sellers are finding more ways to prove they are legit such as making a wholesale website. Please explain if this is legit. I don't want anymore people get scammed by this. Thank you.
