How to schedule iphone to automatically reboot

We recently came back to iPhone with the new SE. The phone is always on and we would like to program it to reboot during the early morning hours (0300 on Mondays). Can this be done using "Shortcuts"?

I am on call, 24/7 and the phone is always on. If not rebooted, it will bog down.
