modem to airport extreme using LAN cable
Hi, I have a NBN connection and using ISP provided modem to connect to internet. I want to create an additional wireless network just to connect my work m/c and couple of devices. I have an Apple Time capsule which has inbuilt Airport Extreme. I remember using it for wireless network when wireless routers were not common. It's an old m/c.. Any help/suggestion/recommendation will be great.
I took this out box and followed below steps
1.
Reset the Airport extreme
Connect LAN cable to WAN port
connect via iphone
used Airport utility to set name and create a wireless network
Restart
connect LAN cable
Internet is not shown as connected
