Issue with attachments in mail.app encoding (??????? instead if letters)

On regular basis receiving emails with broken attachments names.

If file name on Russian language in many cases it looks like:

Most part of the name corrupted with ???????? instead of letters.

This is only mail.app issue because in web Gmail, Spark, Airmail everything is OK.

Sometimes it is possible to fix this issue if open email in separate window screen shot below - lef side main mail.app window, right side - separate window with the email).

Sometimes it is ever impossible to open attachment

Sometimes it is also help just restart mail.app
