iTunes not excepting my iPod

i recently changed my e-mail address for iTunes now it won't except my i'pod.

Says the software required for communicating with iPods is not installed correctly, do you want iTunes to try to repair it? I say Yes but it is not doing it. Please help. Thank you.

Ipod I have an itunes acct and ipod both associated with an email that is no longer active. My Security questions start off with my birthdate which according to apple is wrong. My Old computer is burning up so i transferred my itunes library to and itunes account on my new computer with my current id. Apple ID is not available I had setup an apple id with my email address but had to reset my new ipod when setting it up. Now I can't use my email address when re-setting up my ipod, so I can't access my email on my ipod. It says ID is not available. How can I fix this?

can't access my old ipod becI ause it has an email address that is no longer valid. How can I get that old emia address changed? I can't access my old ipod because it has an old email address attached to the Apple ID and that address is no longer valid. How can I get rid of the old email address?

Hello,

You may need to fully uninstall iTunes for Windows then re-install it from the Microsoft Store.
