Phone is stuck on the apple logo

My phone is stuck on the apple logo, how do i turn it back on? This is the second time this has happened to a phone of mine.

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support ⬅︎ try this...

⬇︎⬇︎

  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
