Are you talking about the pictures displayed in the photos app under ALL PHOTOS?

Open Photos App, Choose All Photos, Top Right there is a (+/-) option near Select. Tap on that (+/-) option. Tap on (-) to add more pictures to the line or tap on (+) to reduce pictures per line.

Is that what you are talking about?

There is no settings to change that.

We are talking about two different sections in the Photos app. The first response by Razmee209 to your original post was correct. There is no setting for that if you are looking in the ALBUMS tab.

Go to the PHOTOS tab (Bottom Left) and then tap on ALL PHOTOS and you will see the +/- option near Select. Note that this will not change anything in the ALBUMS tab.
