I received a mail from apple store that I purchased okcupid: online datiing app, cost 59,99 usd. Buy ı haven’t purchased. Please inform me urgently what should ı do and what it means!!!

Correct, although if you forward it to reportphishing@apple.com they can take down the sender’s site.
The giveaway is “Dear clients” which is first incorrect grammar, and Apple knows your name. Any mail from Apple will always say “Dear [your name]”.
