Hi! I opened and started my new Mac desktop and then later decided to merge when I couldn't do it via any type of thunderbolt. So now I have two users. How do I merge them?

If you have an external HD you can copy the contents of the Documents folder of User B to it and then from the EHD into the Documents folder of User A. Be sure to not overwrite any files in User A's folder with same named files from User B's folder.
Or you can do the above by transferring files from User B to the Shared folder on the iMac and then from the Shared folder to User A's Documents folder.
When done and a successful merging has been confirmed you can delete User B from the iMac.
I don't think so because the older Admin account will have all of the preferences for any 3rd party apps you might have purchased and installed. Also if there are any activation codes required for the 3rd party software they should be in the old Admin's Library folder.
Is it preferable to keep the new admin that the 2019 computer had me make then the old 2011 one that migration assistant moved over?
Can you walk me through how to move my files over? Slowly?
I'd use the migrated user but keep the newly created one for emergencies.
