Hi I have a IPad iOS 10.3.3 Transferring to new IPad Air

Hi I have a iOS 10.3.3 love it but got old- I just purchased a new IPad Air my question is : When I transfer everything to my new IPad I will be able to keep not loosing my photos , games and music? Also I want to still keep my old IPad can I keep just for photos ? And last question how can I find help with instructions to transfer everything to my new IPad Air? I'm sorry I'm 60 and very bad with the new wonderful technology, I'm nothing without my IPad , thanks 🍏💕
