I've upgraded to an iPhone SE. I thought I did everything I was supposed to do, and mailed back the old phone (iPhone 7 ). I got a message from

Hi, upgraded & mailed back old phone for refund. Got a message today from "Find My".


"Activation Lock is requesting your password on my iPhone." And the picture of the phone is my old phone.


I went into Find my Phone and deleted the old phone. I'm hoping that this works ...


Any advice? I cannot reply to the email. I'm sure it's being scrutinized by the team that makes sure they are in good shape to give me the whole $150.
