Good Morning , Pls notice that I purchased a 200 GB [-10.99 AED] 


But the amount that was withdrawn form my visa card


1. Apple.com/bil.  [-37.99 AED]

2. Apple.com/bill  [-399.99 AED]

3. Apple.com/bill  [-10.99] < this is the amount that should be taken only 


I contacted my bank they said u need to contact apple support so that u can refund the 

[37.99 + 399.99 AED]

There is no way to do that. Lots of folks are trying to contact Support these days.


Charges don’t mysteriously appear on one’s bill for absolutely no reason. Hopefully you’ve carefully gone through the first four steps of the originally attached article.


If you have, then you can get in line to ask your question of Apple Support.
