Can’t hear people and people can’t hear me
People can’t hear me and I can’t hear them when they call or when I call even when I do FaceTime or any kind of video but everything else works
iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13
Have you ever tried using Airpods or Headphones ? If it seems to work using an external audio in/out , you may have a technical problem with your speaker and microphone. If it doesn't work with headphones on probably you may to reset your settings because you may have disabled any functionality.
