i have a 6s and my phone is starting to slow down. Screen lags, apps fail to load, and my battery is draining too fast. Any ideas?

There aren't that many apps that actually run in the background, the rest are just recently used. Closing them all will actually slow your phone down. So when you checked in Settings > Battery which processes/apps are using most of your battery?
This might be because of the new update. Is your iPhone running iOS 13.4.1?
What is your battery health?
85% it just about has to stay on the charger otherwise it dies
Check to see which processes/apps are using most of your battery. You are getting close to needing a new one.
if done everything as far as cleaning storage, closing background apps, and even minimal usage but Still nothing has improved
apps like messages/music/snapchat/and email
So what was the percentage for each? When you were using the music app were you streaming?
the highest is like 45% for apple music
35% for iMessages
my 6s is slowing down and lagging
