My recent account was hacked and I am using a different email right now, how can I reset my password on my first account when even the phone number was changed? Also I just knew about it recently when I opened my email that was synched with that account and noticed apple sending me information that I changed on a certain day even tho I didn’t. I need help, ASAP, I have my important files and pictures there.

i didn’t get an email option, it asked me the current number (which i even don’t know) that was synched with my account right now. :(
I can’t log in with my icloud account but I can log in at my email account that was synched with that icloud accoount. Can I retrieve it by using my synched email account in that icloud? how?
