I have funds in my account that is not attached to a credit card but I am unable to use my funds already credited on my account. I have tried rebooting my iPad. Even adding my card, And then removing it, without success. But as I already have funds on my account, I don’t actually need my card on my account. I don’t have any subscriptions with Apple so I don’t actually need a card attached. I’m at a loss as to what to do.
