My account has been suspended?

i also tried to cancel an app purchase costing £67 . I need to know how to fix both problems

Then call Apple.

this is a user forum. You are not speaking to Apple.

If you got an email telling you your account was "locked", there is a very good chance it was a scam.

I don’t understand why my account is locked. It says I tried to cancel an order for 67 POUNDS. I’m not in England! I’ve NEVER purchased anything using POUNDS. I WANT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!
