Suddenly went into Recovery mode

Hello Everyone,

So yesterday I was using my iPhone 11 Pro and suddenly it turned off. And when I tried Turing it back on the Apple logo appeared and next it went into a screen where I was asked to connect it to my computer and there was a link with restore at the end.

So I connected it to my pc, opened iTunes and there were two options.

update and restore. I tried updating first. The software was downloaded and then the extraction took place but then I got an error like the iPhone could not be updated and the error had a “6” in the end

then I tried restoring it next. Same error

help me please.
