Email contacts are in my phone contacts list
I have an iphone 6 and just updated to ios 12.4.6. My email contacts are now in my phone contacts and I don't want them there. How can I remove them?

The email additions come from your exchange account. There is a way to toggle these off, but the interfaces found on the web do not coincide with those on 365. You have to do this via Exchange., I have been searching for two days.
I knew I could remove each contact individually but I was hoping there was a way to reverse the process to remove all the email and address contacts from my phone contacts at one time.
