iPad help!

My boyfriend bought his son an iPad for Christmas in 2018. His ex decided to take their sons iPad and connect it to her phone, which locked him out.


we don’t know the Apple ID or anything, anyone know what we can do?!

This is not what you are going to want to read, but without the help of the person that took that iPad, this iPad will stay Activation Locked and a dead and useless device to you, now.

No one here can help you.

If your boyfriend still has the receipt for this iPad, I suggest contacting/reaching out to Apple Product support and services. about this issue to see if they can remove the Activation Lock on this iPad
