You might be able to under the Apple Update Program. Read about it to understand its features and requirements. This may or may not fit your needs.
You will need to speak to Apple about this, this is a user to user community so we can't help with stuff like that.
But I would say no, as you will have to pay off the first phone first before getting a new one
