Restart the Apple TV:

If you just put the provider in, then...

1. Power off: the Apple TV
2. Wait: 30 Second
3. Power on: the Apple TV

Beyond the steps above, you can also try force quitting the app as well as reinstalling it. If it still persists then you will need to reach out to the developer of the app.
