Phone freezes

I have been noticing this since quite a while, I have iPhone XR and my phone freezes while using, it usually happens to the bottom part of the screen. Sometimes, I would turn my phone off the same screen that was using shows up as my locked screen with dim light or I have to switch it off and then turn it on again. Can somebody please suggest me what to do?? My phone is under warranty, should I get it replaced? The USB cord is also not working anymore.
