I've just downloaded both Logic Pro 10.5 on my Mac and the new compatible Logic Remote on my iPad. Logic Pro 10.5 appears to be working fine, however the new Logic Remote app will not connect with my computer either through wifi or via USB. Is it possible that this is an OS compatibility issue? I'm running 10.14.6 on my mac but I'm up to date on my mobile devices.

Turned out that deleting my cash and restarting the computer was all I had to do.
There was an update to Logic Remote (1.4.1) maybe that will help. 10.14.6 on the Mac. Works fine here.
My Logic Remote will connect to Logic Pro X 10.5 using USB cable, but not using Wifi. I have confirmed that I am on the same network with both my Ipad Pro 12.9 running iOS 13.5 and a MacBook Pro running 10.15.3
I turned my Wifi on and off on both devices and I can now see the Ipad in my display preferences as an option on the Macbook, but the Logic Remote app still will not connect

Which cache specifically? I deleted a few, but it didn't seem to fix it.

After disconnecting and reconnecting the router, I am still having the same problem.
Well, I avoided some of that by going solid state. :-)
I reset my internet connection (unplug & replug) and it solved my issue. See if that helps.
I meant fully disconnect your internet at the router (not just turn off and on wifi) That’s what worked for me.
